I’m originally from Ukraine, and Norway has been my home for the past three years. In 2023, my daughter Freya was born here — and with her, a new chapter of my life began. Photography became more than art for me, it became a way to build something that will last.
I’ve always been a perfectionist. Maybe it’s the Libra in me — drawn to balance, harmony, and small details. I care deeply about how things look and feel, and I believe emotion lives in the details. That’s why I choose the best-quality materials, soft tones, and timeless props that bring warmth and elegance into every image.
My studio reflects that side of me — calm, refined, and created with love. It’s where art and motherhood meet, where I hold tiny babies, guide mothers, and create photographs that families will treasure for generations.
It wasn’t easy to start a new life in a new country, learn everything from scratch, and open a business while raising a baby. But it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. This studio is not only my work — it’s my dream come true!
People often call me a baby whisperer and maybe that’s true. Babies feel calm hands and kind energy, and I treat every little one as if they were my own.
For me, these portraits are not just photographs, they’re pieces of your family’s history.
They’ll live longer than me, longer than you and one day, your children will show them to their own.
That’s why I do what I do.

Hi, I’m Tanya — a photographer, a mother, a creative soul, and the heart behind my studio in Skjetten, near Oslo.

Your session is private, unhurried, and fully baby-led, so you can relax, cuddle, and simply be together while I capture it all.
My studio in Skjetten — just 15 minutes from Oslo — was created to feel like home. It’s a peaceful 150 m² space designed for babies, mothers, and families to relax and enjoy their time together.

Your baby’s safety and comfort are always my first priority.
My studio isn’t just a photo space — it’s a dedicated environment built and maintained especially for newborn babies and mothers-to-be.
I am Newborn Safety Certified and have trained with some of the most respected photographers in the world. I continuously invest in education and practice, learning gentle, baby-led posing that prioritizes comfort and support.
Every textile, wrap, and prop is washed and sanitized after each session. The studio is cleaned thoroughly, and I use UV sterilization to eliminate bacteria.
I never work with a baby if I’m unwell, ever!
Only my clients and their families enter the studio; it’s a calm, private, and hygienic environment designed to give parents complete peace of mind.
When you walk in, you can trust that everything from the softest blanket to the warmest touch has been prepared with care.
